Your Event Decoration & Styling Questions Answered-Sydney.

A: We proudly service the Sydney region and beyond. 


A: We love getting creative and with our experience and expertise we can bring not only fresh ideas to the table, but we can run with your concepts and bring them to life. Whether you have a specific theme in mind or need suggestions for decorations, we can provide inspiration and ensure every detail of your event is a standout. 


A: We specialise on creating unique and individual parties – specific to your needs and budget. We have some ‘'standard’ packages that we can build on. However, there’s not specific pricelist. Contact us to discuss your needs and we’ll put together a quotation for you! 


A: We always recommend having a backup plan for outdoor events in case of bad weather. If rain or strong winds are forecasted, we can work with you to either move the setup indoors (if space allows) or reschedule the event where possible. Weather can impact balloon installations and delicate decor, so your safety and the quality of our setup are our top priorities. We'll stay in close contact leading up to your event to make the best decisions together.


A: If for any reason you need to cancel your event before the entire balance has been paid, unfortunately the deposit is not refundable.  All cancellation requests must be in writing and emailed to armine@7decor.com.au 14 days prior to the event date.  Cancellations made 14 days before the event date will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit. This is to compensate 7Decor for the lost opportunities, given that 7Decor blocked off its calendar for the Client’s event and declined other decoration requests from potential clients for that specific date and time. This is also to compensate 7Decor for any expenses related to the Client’s event (pre-ordering decorations, paying for customised or personalised items. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be refunded.  


A:  Yes, you can make changes to your order up to 14 days before your event date-depending on the size of the booking. We'll do our best to accommodate adjustments such as colour themes, decor items, or package upgrades. Just keep in mind that last-minute changes may be limited by availability or may incur additional costs. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can help make the changes smoothly. 


A: Yes, a refundable security bond may be required for certain items. The amount will be calculated on the value and rarity of the items you are hiring. 


A: The replacement cost, plus an administration fee for this item will be taken out of the security bond.  We simply ask that our items are treated with care a respect but we understand of course that accidents happen.


A: Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This ensures your date is reserved and allows us to begin planning and preparing your decor. The deposit amount will be outlined in your quote and is deducted from your total balance. 


A:  Final payment is due ten (10) full working days (excluding public holidays) prior to the event date. Payment due date is specified in the invoice. 


 A: Yes, we do, however most credit cards will incur a surcharge or fee.


A: All event delivery and collection costs are priced once your enquiry has been received. Our delivery fees will vary depending on the size of your order and the location of your event. All delivery times are confirmed 7 days prior to your event date. Pick up and clean up do not include mopping floors or rubbish removal.


A: We understand that the number of guests may change throughout the duration of your event planning and we will ensure to revise your numbers in the weeks leading up to your event. Our team will be in touch with you when your balance is due and ask for your final numbers and revise the final invoice accordingly.
